I'm using the standard contact form on a site to be able to send emails to different people. I've made several categories and assigned email addresses to the categories. The contact form is displayed correctly on the page, but when I fill out the form and send it, I don't receive it in my mailbox.
I tested it earlier, and then it did work. But now it doesn't anymore. Anyone any idea what the problem might be? I didn't alter anything (as far as I know)...

Did you check your junkmail
Did you check your junkmail bin?
junkmail bin
I did check that. Nothing there. When I submit the contact form, I'm redirected to the homepage as intended and I get a message that the mail has been sent. But it i nowhere to be found...
Have you changed anything
Have you changed anything since the previous test, like moving it to a different server or changing the site email address? You can trying running cron.php manually. Sometimes that helps unstick things.
More details?
Can you give more details about your setup? Such as, are you running on Linux or some other OS? Do you have Postfix, Sendmail or another mail transfer agent running on your system? If so, have you checked your mail logs (/var/log/mail.log or similar on Linux) to see if there is any indication there of what might be wrong?
Don't recieve copy either
I updated modules and core, but no other changes were made.
When I check the 'send copy to yourself' option, that doesn't appear in my mailbox either.
I tried to make a whole new contact form, but when I try to delete the old one, drupal says it's deleted, but it's still in the content list and the form doesn't disappear from the page.
does your site send any
does your site send any emails at all? i think @brisho was trying to help you find out the source of the problem. the contact form not sending email could be just a symptom.
