Hello there, if a user registers to my MailChimp list via the MailChimp form on our site when registering as new Drupal user, the relevant MailChimp list won't reflect the change even after running cron:

Has anyone encountered this issue before/

I'm getting exactly the opposite behavior...the user is always being subscribed even when the checkbox is turned off.

I have the same issue. they will register with site, sign up for newsletter. but they will be a blocked customer till I give them a user role and make them active. If I then go look at mail chimp, they are not there. I must go to my user list in drupal and and go to their subscribed newsletters, I see that the list is selected but is still not in mail chimp. But if I click the save button and then go back to mail chimp and refresh the user list, they show up.
I would like it that when I activate the customers account and give them a role, that it would update mail chimp at that point....... who can help with this

“And now our watch [for support of the 6.x version of the MailChimp module] has ended…” With the end of Drupal 6 support, I’m sad to say we too must turn the page.

Fret not! The 7.x-4.x and 8.x versions come highly recommended. Both are using Mailchimp’s new API 3.0 and are being actively maintained. “What is dead may never die, but rises again, harder and stronger!”
