Rename "--bare" templates to use the more descriptive "--no-wrapper"

I originally named the bare bones region and block templates with no wrapping markup as "--bare". That worked okay, but it doesn't self-document very well.

region--no-wrapper.tpl.php and block--no-wrapper.tpl.php sound much better to me.
