Having a few issues with User Points Module 5.x.2.1

1) The Admin manual add/subtract is not working
2) I can't even enter the full ID of the user for manual add/subtract
3) Points for Registration
a) How do I give points to all users that have registered? Want to give them some basic points just for registering.
b) How do I do that for all registered users retroactively?
