Commits don't appear on drupal.org; can't create releases

Hello, I'm one of the maintainers for a new project: webform_layout.

Everything seems to work fine with pushing/pulling code from git. I've been able to

• Clone the project
• Push to master, and create new branches
• See the changes at http://drupalcode.org/project/webform_layout.git

However, when you look at http://drupal.org/node/1323368/commits you see none of the above commits.
And when you try to create a release from one of the (properly named) branches, drupal.org says it can't find any branches or tags.

Any advice would be appreciated.
