I set up Panelizer to work with one content type. When I went to add contexts and relationships, when I choose either, the modal window opens, hangs, and then I get an "Object not found" dialog box, and it fails.

After the modal window hangs, is there a PHP error of any sort in your watchdog or apache logs?

I haven't seen anything. I checked Drupal watchdog and the apache log. Just a popup that says.

Invalid object name.

The contexts seem to work from what i can tell on the page manager context selection. I have tried on a node add/edit template.
