I have a user request for a preview feature like there is when people post comments, etc.

An individual asked me to stress that without a preview feature in the private message text box it is really hard to determine if URL's a properly formatted in certain browsers (i.e. text based ones).

I have no plans to backport this feature. Please upgrade to drupal 5.x or backport this change to the 4.7.x version of privagemsg and post the patch here.. thanks.

I've upgraded to the latest 4.7 release and tried modifying the privatemsg.module as per: http://cvs.drupal.org/viewvc.py/drupal/contributions/modules/privatemsg/...
but when I click on write a new message or reply to a message I get a blank page that says the single word: Array
Any suggestions, please?
