This is the command I'm sending - /msg Druplicon login MrMaksimize/myPassWord

And it doesn't authorize me. Is it something to do with capitalization? Not sure what's happening.

Druplicon is not enabled with bot_auth, as Druplicon offers no authenticated features.

It doesn't. There is no user-based integration between the bot and the drupal.org site.
