Changes since DRUPAL-5--1-0:
- Corrected grammar to comply with Drupal coding standards.
- Changed settings update message.
- Only respond to nodeapi invocation if node is a product.
- Made code simpler and more consistent.
- Renamed sale_products table to sale_items.
- Changed permission from administer store to administer products.
- Prevented cart link from being modified when item is in cart.
Be sure to run update.php after installing this upgrade.
