Required asterisk missing when using reCAPTCHA

Hi,

When using reCAPTCHA with CAPTCHA, the required asterisk as it appears in the screenshot on the module page, does not appear.

When inspecting other form elements on a node add form, the following markup is added to the field's label.

 <span class="form-required" title="This field is required.">*</span>

It would be great if the legend, 'CAPTCHA', included the required asterisk instead of the CAPTCHA question as seen in the screenshot.
