usage of cck for own development

hello

i have just few questions, because i cannot find (at the moment) any useful info about:

the problem - i need to create a content type that consists of realy huge form each user needs to fill it up during its registration. i created the form by myself in my own node, but now - the biggest problem is to create the database table for it. so - i started to look around for easier solutions based on cck. so - the main question:

is it possible to use form created with cck in my own code? firstly - just to show it.

then - how am i able to use and access to the data, users enterd using this form? i need some later management with them.
