When I install both Administration Menu and JS Alter, my Administration Menu disappears and page loading times become extremely long. As soon as I disable one of both modules everything is ok.

There are no related errors in the error log.
Tried it on a production website and on a clean install. Both with Drupal 6.22 on RedHat and PHP 5.2.17

I also reported this on the JS Alter issue queue as I have no idea which of both modules is causing this:
