That is my question. I'm using Rate module with Thumbs Up / Down widget and I want to know how can I disable changing votes after the user has voted. I need it and I also think it may be helpful.

Yes this feature is required, I want to disable "down" button when "up" button is clicked and vice versa.Any way to accomplish this feature in general for any widget type in pair,please !!!!! Thank You...
