Quick $50 bounty - Fix issue in spreadfirefox theme

We are about to upgrade or spreadfirefox-like website to 5.1 but before that, we thought that we could fix all the issues going on with spreadfirefox theme.

You can see an example here. The problem we can't fix is in the forums, where we would like the right column to dissapear and the width of the middle column be fluid, according to the viewers resolution. We tried several things but we can't fix it (this is what the forum looks like now).

Anyone interested?
