Expose recipe_xxx fields to token module

Is it possible to add recpipe_xxx values to token module for use in tokens? For example [node:recipe_description] will contain the description of the recipe. This can be beneficial for multiple situations, namely search engine optimization, to use recipe desctiption in meta description tag on the recipe page.
