Submitting posts,comments problem in text browsers
I have some users that are experiencing challenges when using a text based browser (lynx, links, etc)

But here's the long and short of it:
But the basic idea with both browsers is that I select "Send" or "post comment" or "Submit post", depending on my choices. And then both browsers respond by somehow asking me to make a choice, even though I have already made one.
....And if I enter "submit comment" again, it results in a duplicate. The only safe way to leave that screen at that point is to use my back button or view my bookmarks, or make some other selection, but sometimes I worry that may post may not have taken and accidently end up with duplicates.
....the problem only seems to occur when I've made another post previously in the same session. The first post acts like it's uploading to server, gives me a status bar message to that effect.but ensuing messages (no matter whether they are topic replies or private msg replies, say "Form submit button" and there's no way to be sure of refreshing without losing the form entry.
I check it by using my back button and then looking at my sent messages folder or reload the whole topic from the ty home...this works in lynx, in links I lose the whole kaboodle when I try checking it.
I know it might be a bit of a shot in the dark asking for help about this here, but this seems to be pertain to Drupal core, and messing with that is a bit over my head at this point.
I'll be happy to submit an issue if I'm advised it's Drupal core related.
BTW I'm using Drupal 4.7.4
