I have authenticated users set to unlimited and still an issue. If i go to update.php it says there are no updates ? I also just went ahead and upload all the files and overwrote the old ones. Is there a setting i am missing ?>

Drupal 6 is no longer supported so I'm setting the issue status to Closed (outdated). Information on what that means is here: Issue Status field.
