I initially created my forum-based website with clean URL disabled, and once I changed the configuration to allow clean URLs (did this through Apache 2.0 site alias configuration rather than .htaccess), I am able to get everything to work except forums. When opening topics or posts I receive a Page Not Found Error, an example of the failed URL is www.mysite.com/forum/2. When I put the URL as www.mysite.com/forum/forum/2 it works. Any ideas on why or how to change this?

Are you using pathauto? You might try bulk updating some of your paths, making sure your forum paths are set properly.

The pathauto module worked great. This is a great solution and really 'cleans-up' the website. Thanks for your help.
