I have two displays in my view that use the PDF unformatted style to output some content as PDF pages. These two work fine, outputting the PDF file with no problems at the specified URLs.
However, I want to combine these two PDFs into one file for the user to download. I've set up a third display containing two Append View fields, one for the first PDF and the other for the second. I've entered the URLs for each PDF file. The style is also set to PDF unformatted.
When I go to the path I set in the PDF settings I just get one blank page in the final PDF. If I add a template file in PDF template settings, this does appear in the PDF, but still not the content of the two appended views. From what I can see the necessary files are not brought through by the appended view fields.
I'm having another problem in that if I add any kind of sort criteria to the view, the process errors out with the message:
TCPDF ERROR: Unable to find pointer to xref table
You can see an export of the view in question here.
Does anyone know what the problems may be?
