UNDEFINED INDEX ERROR IN VIDEO

tell me im not the only one getting this error. ive had it forever now. i just created a new drupal, wiped the old one, and installed a fresh copy of the video module.

still F'd up, guys? seriously,. how do i get past this problem for once in my life?

INDEX Video error

Seriously. I am experiencing the same problem. If its any indication, I was not receiving these before I installed FFmpeg onto my local WAMP server. So likely it has something to do with the install or configuration of FFmpeg on the server setup. Any tips would be appreciated on how to remedy this..
