Hello,
I have user X and i send invitation to user Y. User Y apply for invitation and registred on page. User X earn 1 point for that.
I am deleting now user Y.. and ... user X still have 1 point in his profile.

I have to subtract then points manually from settings, but it is possible to do it automatickly ?

There's a separate project for contributed userpoints modules: http://drupal.org/project/userpoints_contrib

One of them is referral_userpoints. A feature request there might do more good than here.
