PDF displays node info dispite node_info settings

Description
Under the global settings for themes is the following setting:
Display post information on
Enable or disable the submitted by Username on date text when displaying posts of the following type.
[] Page
[] Story
etc.
Pdfview displays this information no matter what. I made a patch, I am not certain if it is correct, but it works.
