We are in the process of archiving Edinburgh 2011 drupalcamp website in preparation for next years version to go up. I believe that in order for it to be hosted on drupal.org, I need to request a sub-domain and would ask that: edinburgh2011.camps.drupal.org be created for this.
I am in the process of archiving the videos on archive.org and making sure that the site is ready to be cloned. I will provide the html as soon as the site is ready, but I thought I would get the ball rolling here at least.

gregglesSounds great! You can assume that if you provide the HTML it *will* become a static site. I'll keep my eyes on this issue for when you have a link to a tarball or some other format to be hosted here.

the_g_bomb CreditAttribution: the_g_bomb commentedOK, 3M limited is restricting the upload. I have the files resting in an offshore account at the moment.

I think I have disabled everything, but don't shoot me if I missed something.

gregglesLooking good.
I did a quick check for
grep -r "<form" *
and noticed two forms:contact.html
program/sessions/proposed.html
Can you disable those and recrawl?
Thanks!

the_g_bomb CreditAttribution: the_g_bomb commentedHandy, I hadn't thought of grepping
"<form"
to find active elements, will get right onto it.Thanks

Replaced the forms with nothing or an appropriate message :-)

the_g_bomb CreditAttribution: the_g_bomb commentedWoot, thanks greggles and basic!

gregglesThe theme looks slightly broken to me and other folks in #drupal-contribute
I re-unzipped the file and the logo is there in dcedinburgh.drupalscotland.org/sites/all/themes/themes/dcedi/logo.png
It seems the "dcedi" folder and maybe some others got lost in the process of moving it.
basic CreditAttribution: basic commentedThose directories are there on the webnodes, is this still a problem?
gregglesYeah, something weird is happening (at least for me): http://edinburgh2011.camps.drupal.org/sites/all/themes/themes/dcedi/logo...
When I visit that I see "cannot be displayed because because it contains errors".

the_g_bomb CreditAttribution: the_g_bomb commentedCan the attached be dropped in, in its place?
greggles@the_g_bumb - any other files you notice are missing? It seems like several are to me and we should solve the general zip/copy problem instead of fixing one by one.
the_g_bomb CreditAttribution: the_g_bomb commentedHmm, now you mention it, the background is missing as well. Attached is the entire dcedi folder zipped up.
the_g_bomb CreditAttribution: the_g_bomb commentedFound a couple of missing images from the imagecache folder and a couple of profile pictures are missing also. It looks like there is also a missing sort icon from the misc folder as well, but I'll check for more before attaching another version of that.
It doesn't look like the entire folders are missing/broken as there are images appearing that are in the same folders as the missing images.
e.g. the page background image that doesn't show up is:
sites/all/themes/themes/dcedi/images/bg2_3.png
while the footer background that does show up is:
sites/all/themes/themes/dcedi/images/footer-tile3.gif
same folder but one image shows up fine, while the other is showing "cannot be displayed, because it contains errors."
the_g_bomb CreditAttribution: the_g_bomb commentedI've double checked that the images are not CMYK, which is the only idea that google has indicated that might be the issue here.

basic CreditAttribution: basic commentedI've replaced all files with the provided zip files, but I'm still receiving errors on them.
