It would be nice if fboauth_create_user() provided an option (parameter) to not download the user's profile pic from Facebook (better for performance and resources). I set priority to "minor" because it isn't necessary to use this function, but it is convenient!

Committed this feature with the following patches. I also made a second parameter to fboauth_create_user() so that these options may be modified when calling the function, rather than reading out of the direct variable_get() calls.
