Correct adress gives no coordinates

Hi

Having a bit of trouble that looks a bit random.
I let my users add their adresses and some is shown on the map and some isnt.
The problem is that some users adresses gives you the correct coordinates and some adresses gives you the 00000 coordinate.
I double checked it with google maps and all the adresses look ok.

Anybody with a similar problem?
