I enabled the module, and can see it in permissions, and see it in create content, but this line in the module project page description:
"...layout of this page can be modified on the settings page" and the associated screen shot on the project - is not visible at my site.
Under the administer menu, under settings, I do not see any "faq" item. So, unable to configure this module.
I have seen other users post screen shots for 5.x, but don't yet know if there is an issue with 4.7 faq module, or this is config issue at my site.

stella commentedHi,
I'm afraid this feature (along with many others!) is only available in the drupal 5.x version of the module. Perhaps you should consider upgrading to the drupal 5.x version? Failing that, I may be willing to implement these features in drupal 4.7.x if there's enough of interest.
Cheers,
Stella

bwooster47 commentedWell, is there way to hard-code options? I don't need UI, since once set, don't need to change anything, and I can keep track of my local changes when updating.
But not sure what to change in faq.module file - and whether it is even possible to enable this way of working:
1) need all questions at top of page
2) questions are clickable, and go to answer below on the same page
Also not sure if the options like "clicking on question opens/hides answer" are available in the 4.7.x module version - would be good to add doc on what is possible with 4.7.

stella commentedThe only layout available in 4.7.x is the questions at the top of the page, which when clicked on, takes the user to the answer further down the page. There is no settings page in 4.7.x because of this fact. I've updated the faq project page with a clearer description of the differences between 5.x and 4.7.x branches.
Cheers,
Stella

blackrain commentedIt would be excellent if you could implement these features in drupal 4.7.x, due to the fact that not all modules work with drupal 4.7 and 5.1, so if you upgrade you lose some modules.

stella commentedWith Drupal 6 not far away, no more new features will be added to the 4.7.x versions, sorry.
