Is anyone interested in porting that module to 5.0 for 50$$
I don't think this would take long to someone with php experience, so please let me know if interested??

Hi rjerome
Humm Sorry, but I received a mail from the module maintainer right after posting this in the issue queue.. so I guess I have to give the money to the one that answered first!
Sorry bout that, thanks for answering...

Perhaps in the future you should talk to the module's maintainer before wasting anybody eleses time !!!

Humm sorry rjerome, but the modules maintainer saw this message as you did, and he answered first, what's the problem with that?
Sorry for the misunderstanding man.

My point was that before
My point was that before posting a message/bounty like this, you should make every effort to contact the original author of the module. If this author cannot be contacted or is unwilling to do the work THEN you can seek help elsewhere. The original author should always be the first point of contact as they are the most likely to be wiling to do the work and the most knowledgeable about the code they wrote.
Personally, I would be REALLY pissed if I saw bounties like this for my module and I wasn't even contacted first. I am also REALLY pissed that I updated the module to 5.x for nothing. My time bills out at over $100/hr and I don't like to work for nothing unless it's my choice to do so.
Drupal is a community, and I donate a lot of my time to the community, but like any community, if you offend enough people you will not be very popular.
rjerome, Alright listen I'm
rjerome,
Alright listen I'm sorry... I contacted the maintainer right after posting my bounty, telling him that this bounty was online, so technically I offered it to him first yeah...
I do get your point tho and I'm sorry about it.
Again sorry about the confusion.

rjerome, cool down. if you
rjerome, cool down. if you earn 100 bucks an hour, you should have considered giving the port for free. it's user's right to post in public. and it's just by a chance the the module maintainer contacted him, what if someone else had and same situation arose. so, live well :)
