User Agent Logger is a module on Drupal.org - http://drupal.org/project/ua_logger.
This module logs user agents for nodes and comments.
The last commit on this project was made 3 years back and since then no work has been done. I believe that this project can turn out to be a useful module if extended and worked on properly.
It is currently available for D6 (dev). I have submitted a patch for D7 port (http://drupal.org/node/1321358). I don't think the maintainers looked at it yet.
I have worked on a similar project (http://drupal.org/project/login_activity) and I believe that I can take this project further and get some cool features in there.
Therefore, I am interested in becoming a maintainer of this module. I had written to the author regarding this and did not get a reply. I had written the other co-maintainer and got a reply. But, he doesn't have rights to add me as a co-maintainer.

tim.plunkettIn accordance with Dealing with abandoned projects, please leave this issue in the module's queue for two weeks, and attempt to contact the maintainer via their contact tab.

dllh commentedI don't think I got the earlier email you mentioned requesting access. I've now added you as a maintainer and updated the other maintainer so that you both have access to administer maintainers.

vaidik commentedSeems like something got messed up from D.O's side. I used the contact tab on your profile to contact you. Thanks for accepting me as a co-maintainer. I look forward to working on this project diligently.

dllh commentedPlease feel free to consider yourself the primary maintainer. You can even demote/delete me if you want, as I've clearly not been involved for a while.
