When im logged as the admin, the slideshow shows just perfect!
But when i log out, for anonymous users the slideshow dont show the images and the 3-dots for navigation is up instead of down.

Please explain me what im missing.

Double check your permissions by scrolling through them.

admin/people/permissions

Also make sure to clear your catch and if you have catching turned on turn it off.

admin/config/development/performance

Lastly make sure to clear your browser history
