Submit all created stories on a single Twitter account

I don't really want the users to be able to edit settings for twitter on their profile. (can we disable this?)
I'd actually like to see something that will post all created stories on 1 single twitter account (a bit like http://twitter.com/bbcnews).
I think it's pretty useful when people want to keep up to date of ALL stories that were created on the website.
