When there are multiple nodes on a listings page that have elements from this tool, the builder script will try to build all as if it was a single page.

The script needs to be adjusted to only recognize single node pages and ignore all else.

this will also require some sort of support for edge cases where the content is pulled in through drupal's auto teaser/summary generation.
