Do we have any performance issues when we are working on Drupal Menu Management Process... If we have... Then can u tell me the.. Process how to reduce themm????

Hmm, I'm not at all sure what you are referring to. The Performance Logging module only does as it says: logging of (limited) performance data. Menu's etc are not it's specific target but the queries resulting from them can be logged by the Performance module.
