I'm the admin of a phpBB2 board and my user id is 1, not 2. Will this cause any problems if I use this mod as is? Don't know why my forum is different this way. I've had it for over 6 years so maybe back then the admin id was 1?

It shouldn't, but I haven't tested. If the user is inactive you should reset his/her password, just in case.

Your main obstacle is porting the users to Drupal first, I just discovered two days ago that phpBB2Drupal has not moved past 4.6, but 4.7 may still work. From there you can upgrade to 5.1 if you want.

I installed the mod yesterday and it seemed to work for the most part. I did have some issues logging in and out which is why I asked my original question.

Yes, my main obstacle will be porting the existing phpBB users. To be safe, I guess I'll just install Drupal 4.6, port the users and then upgrade to 5.1.

Just a note:

I'm not sure why bkark's forum admin id is 1, but also, all cPanel installations of phpBB have an admin id of 1 (because of the automatic install script is differant then the phpBB install script).
