Node references are supported so user references should be as well

Trying to get a stable 1.0 out right now, definitely not opposed to this in principle, I'm just not going to add it at this late date. Will look for a post 1.0 addition if possible, or 2.x worst case scenario.

added an entityref_create_node plugin that should solve this if you utilize entityreference module.
