In certain circumstances I'm seeing the NCO similarity block displaying but not offering any related terms. The logic for displaying terms looks good, including the new option to display node terms, but the block display isn't following the logic.

ah yes, the entire block should be suppressed if there are no terms to show ... should be a small fix, i'll take a look.....
