Does anybody know how to add a tag (using tagadellic) to an Image? I'm using currint versions of Image and Tagadellic.

Tagadelic, nor image module is used for *adding* tags, they ar eonly used for *displaying* tags. Taxonomy is used for that. I can advice you to read the beginners/uers manuals on drupal.org about taxonomy. Its a lot less scary then many people expect when they hear the word taxonomy.
