The description page for the module states
Then visit /en/settings/riddler and /is/settings/riddler (is being your country code) and set the settings differently. This will allow Form Riddler to display different questions for different language settings.
I've added the drupal variables line to my settings.php. Language negotiation is set to "Path prefix with language fallback." I added questions for my cs prefix and then switched to the en prefix. What I find is that if I edit the questions under one prefix, they are the same under the other prefix.
I was unsure how to report this so please be patient with me. Listed as bug report because it's not behaving as I understand the description. Listed as documentation for the same reason. I know it's possible I've missed something. Any clues as to what's going on?
Thanks.

patrickroma commentedSame here... Documentation needed. This module is really cool, but did not get to manage the i18n-issue.

rahim123 commentedSame here. This is really unfortunate. Riddler is one of the most effective CAPTCHA methods, but it keeps away legitimate users if I can't translate it.
