Would anyone know if this module can be used to create an advanced related links list/block based on taxonomy. I say advanced because my requirement is to compare taxonomy term paths, not single taxonomy terms, in order to get the most accurate list possible.

eg My node has taxonomy path Country>USA>NewYork

I would ask for related articles that have the full path Country>USA>NewYork and not say Country>USA

You can do this in views and contextual filters and wildcard paths?

As bjalford says, this can already be done with views contextual filters. This doesn't really have anything to do with the relation module
