Is there a reason why the email is not updated in the campaign monitor when the user updates his email? At least there should be a backend setting that will allow site administrators to define in they want to synchronize the mails also on user update.

Attached is a patch that does that. It alters the campaign monitor general settings form and adds a new checkbox: "Synchronize the user email when updating the user account.". If checked, the email of the user will be synchronized when updated. Please test it and give feedback if you find any issues. The patch works with 7.x-1.0-beta3 version.
