If a node begins with an unordered list, the first list item ends up off the page. See the screenshot. The node HTML for this test was:

<ul>
    <li>item1</li>
    <li>item2</li>
</ul>

This does not happen with ordered lists.

Hey phatmann, sorry it's taken so long for anyone to get back to you.
I have recently taken over this project and am taking it in a new, D7 only direction, and as such, and am no longer supporting the previous incarnation of this theme. As such, I'm sorry to say, I will not be fixing this issue.
