How to create a new topic type in Storms knowledge base

I have added the Storm module and enabled attributes and the knowledge base aswell. When I add new Knowledge Base content , I choose a topic that the content applies to. How do I add to this topic list? I know that its somewhere in the Attributes part of the module but I cant find out what to put in each of the entries??
