Hi,

is there a possibility to set up an access limitation for Forums or a Story ? I am trying to hide a forum (it´s only for moderators). What can I do ?

Search the site for 'node-level permissions' and explore the 'node-level permission modules' such as 'taxonomy_access'. Hope that helps.

I think one of the issues here is that there seem to be different interpretation s as to what "permission" means. The way it works right now is that a node is invisible for an unauthorized user. For many applications, I think the desirable behavior would be to show the teaser but to prompt for action (upgrade etc) once the full node content is requested.

Maybe I'm overlooking something, but I for one have not been able to find a solution for this.
