Hi there. Can't believe this hasn't been dealt with yet. I needed the functionality and this came up the earliest in Google results so I used it.

The patch is ok BUT it's not in Drupal code format. Here are the D7 and D6 patches. I haven't tested the D7 one but the D6 one works with the added dbtng module dependency. If you are patching an already enabled nodequeue module on Drupal 6 make sure you install dbtng before patching.

I used a quick format in Eclipse so the formatting isn't 100% but it's a start.

Be sure to download the correct patch for your version of Drupal! :)
