I was wondering if anybody knew where the drupal pager is output - after looking around all the templates, it seems like it's spit out in $content in page.tpl.php - is there anyway to theme it, and also output it somewhere else?

Like before $content, or for that matter, where i want it depending on the page?

You can customize it by creating and modifying your own version of it in template.php
