Gallery images run off the bottom of the content area

Issue Summary

Image galleries (from image.module's Image_gallery) run off the bottom of the content area if they have long titles or posting information.

I'm not sure why the class=clear-block on <div id="main" class="clear-block"> isn't working.
With the Garland theme it looks fine. This adds a clearing span in page.tpl.php, but doing the same in bluebreeze doesn't fix the problem.
