Translation of "the uid add the comment/content"

When I translated the new strings in 7.x.3.0-rc3 I stumbled on two strings that I'm not sure of how to translate:
If you need more fields then the uid add the comment: author relationship
and
The user authoring the content. If you need more fields then the uid add the content: author relationship>

Does it mean that the UID adds the comment/content if I need more fields?
