Currently, known Drupal users who click "unsubscribe" in an email are redirected to /newsletters to manage their list preferences under "My Newsletters". There, they can unsubscribe from any and all visible lists to which they have access. Under this process, these users are removed from certain visible lists, but are not blacklisted. This creates a risk that certain users who no longer wish to receive any communications might continue to be subscribed to - and continue to receive mailings from - certain hidden lists that do not appear in their preferences.

Would it be possible to either:
1) include a checkbox feature in "My Newsletters" that gives users an opportunity to stop receiving any and all communications by adding them to the blacklist; and/or
2) redirect them to newsletters/unsubscribe page (as is done for users who are unknown to Drupal).
