Hi,
I am using version 7.x-1.x-dev and it has an error. I have mentioned below. I am also a developer but I dont know what kind of defination for user_admin_perm will defined. In case anyone knows please let me know I will fix it and upload a patch for others.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function user_admin_perm() in /var/www/eintelli/eintellid7/sites/all/modules/user_permissions/user_permissions.module on line 56

I believe that my patch in #1363246: D7 Port of User Permissions fixes this. Please try it out and let me know. I'm not posting the patch here, since it's much more comprehensive than a solution to this single issue.

If this issue continues to occur after using the patch from that issue, please let me know - otherwise, I'll let someone else close this topic.

I just updated User Permissions, so this should work fine for you now. Try the 7.x-1.1 release.
