Explicitly State 443 Session can Redirect all pages to HTTPS

My main request is that since it was not immediately apparent to me this module had the capability to redirect all page requests over https, I’m hoping that can be inserted right up at the top of the project page.

The 443 Session module makes using HTTPS on your site simple. It is most useful for doing mixed HTTPS where some pages are sent via HTTP, and others via HTTPS.
