Issue Summary
This has been filed for ImagePicker under 7.x, I'm refiling here for 6.x versions.
Under circumstances I can't pin down, ImagePicker periodically begins to display a blank iframe in new nodes. On our ten-site multi-site installation, the remedies vary from site to site:
- several return to good working order by flushing the theme registry and page requisites caches
- One requires an inconsistent combination of the above, flushing the menu cache, clicking "save" on ImagePicker config, or clicking "save" on theme settings
I can't really pin down any one thing that causes it to happen, and I can't get a consistent result with any particular steps to restore it. Has anyone else experienced this on 6.x and have you found a way to either fix it permanently or at least consistently restore it to function when this problem occurs?

Just to report my situation, I'm using 6.x-2.16 and I'm getting this same blank frame error when flushing cache, although the solution is always the same: hit "Save" in the Imagepicker settings page. Odd.
